Returns Policy
In the event of faulty goods being received, you are required to provide written notice to be received by us within 10 working days of the delivery date of the Product/s to you.
Any refunds are subject to an examination of the Product/s. If it is found that the fault(s) is/are not due to faulty parts or manufacture then the normal charges for the repair will be incurred and the Product/s returned once payment has been received. Reimbursement will not include shipping charges.
After 30 days of purchase no goods can be exchanged or refunded.
